Our Eco Warriors are a dedicated group of children from Year 1 to Year 6 who are passionate about protecting our environment and making a positive difference within our school and wider community.
Throughout the year, our Eco Warriors lead a variety of projects and initiatives to promote sustainability, recycling and caring for nature. Recent achievements have included collecting crisp packets for recycling, organising a successful sale of pre-loved Christmas clothing, supporting the Operation Christmas Child appeal, and setting up a school Book Swap to encourage reusing and sharing books.
The group has also been busy helping local wildlife by making bird feeders, installing hedgehog houses and creating a bug hotel to provide safe habitats for insects and small animals.
Our Eco Warriors are excellent role models who inspire others to think about how small actions can make a big difference to our planet. We are incredibly proud of their enthusiasm, commitment and determination to help create a greener future for everyone.
